In House Training

Make sure every member of your firm is ready.

Whether you’ve got 10 or 100 litigators in your firm, CPI will structure a workshop to suit your needs. The workshop is structured according to your needs – a single one-day interactive seminar, a series of one-day workshops, or a day of 2-hour sessions (to limit the loss of billable hours for each attorney).

In smaller groups, each participant is given the opportunity to work on an upcoming case, while the consultants break down, analyze, and ultimately transform every element of their presentation style that does not enhance their ability to communicate with control, with authority, and with passion. Body language, vocal tone and inflection, habitual mannerisms of which the individual may not be aware, are all examined for each participant. Solutions to improve personal performance are offered, and written evaluations are provided which include personalized exercises for on-going practice.

From recruiting to retention to trial success, these valuable programs will benefit your entire firm.

What Our Clients Say...

"Even 16 years of litigation practice can not provide what your program offers. I look forward to reviewing the videotapes again and again… My only question is, when can we do more?” (David Tanzer, Esq. Vail, CO)

"I wanted to take a moment to thank you. Your hands-on method…is an excellent approach. In order for an attorney to improve his/her speaking and courtroom skills, I believe two very important things must occur. First, actual courtroom experience. Second, constructive criticism of the lawyer’s speech, demeanor and presentation. With respect to the latter, we seldom receive any input from our courtroom experiences. Fortunately, however, you provide such a forum, and you do so in a positive and constructive atmosphere. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to future case work with you.” (Thomas E. Callison, Esq.Denver, CO)

"… If last Monday was any indication, I would say you will be providing a much-needed service to lawyers and lawyers-to-be for some time!” ( Kathy Potter, Director, Career Counseling and Placement, University of New Mexico School of Law)
